Eye-Catcher is active in the digital signage business.  This means that we provide display screens to our clients with content management software.  The screen(s) located at the client site, will display the content selected by the clients.

Eye-Catcher is not responsible for the content that is being displayed, as the client is handling and defining the content that is being displayed.

What data do we collect ?

Our Company collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

• We do store the data that the clients want to display on the screens (i.e. property video’s, marketing photo’s and texte, …) 

 

How do we collect your data?

Clients directly provide Eye-Catcher with all of the data we collect via the content management tool. We collect data and process data when you:

• Purchase our digital signage solution (name, email, address, …)

On your request and with your help Eye-Catcher may also receive your data/content indirectly from the following sources:

• Whise, Omnicassa, Era sales force and soon Instagram

 

How will we use your data ?

Eye-Catcher collects client data so that we can:

• Process your order, and manage your account.

• Contact credit companies (bank) for a loan (if requested by the client)

• Email clients with special offers on other products and services we think client might like.

Eye-Catcher will NOT share client data with other companies.

 

How do we store your data ?

Eye-Catcher securely stores your data in the cloud hosted at Combell and on the screens displaying the data that clients are publishing on their promises. As the zero risk does not exist, we can not guarantee at 100% that there will be no data leakage.

Eye-Catcher could send clients information about new products and services of ours that we think you might like.

What are your data protection rights ?
